TRIANGLE TRANSCRIPTION
Dictations are received as electronic voice files from dictation server, handheld instruments, FTP servers, or plain old tapes, at our dedicated servers. Trancriptionists access the assigned voice files, transcribe the audio and create the patient records. The reports are quality assured, formatted to client specifications and returned electronically.
We handle various voice file formats (VOX, WAV, DSS, PCM and others) and are familiar with DVI, Crescendo, Lanier, handhelds and similar hardware.
Process and methodology is compliant with HIPAA, data security, HL7 standards and Electronic Patient Record Management and assures secure delivery over the web.
We have secure sites for upload and download of data over the Internet with document delivery in multiple word processing formats.
