We work with many live online platforms (with voice recognized text files) for editing or full transcription. These include E-scription, Dictaphone, CequenceMT and Gemstar among others.

Our Trancriptionists work on these online platforms with voice recognized text files (VRE) where files cannot be saved locally but can be edited /transcribed and uploaded on the remote server exclusively. Transcriptionists access the assigned voice files, transcribe the audio and create the patient records. The reports are quality assured, formatted to client specifications and returned electronically.

In addition, dictations are received as electronic voice files from dictation server, handheld instruments, FTP servers and so forth at our dedicated servers.

• Turnaround-time: Currently the typical need is for 3 hours (STAT) and 24 hours for routine work. We are capable of managing priority 1 and 2 as well.

• This is a paperless office and nothing is printed.
